SAP BRIM Senior Consultant – Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Senior Consultant to join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on implementing a new SAP BRIM instance with a go‑live in December, providing functional support and leading AMS activities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a new SAP BRIM instance and prepare the platform for go‑live.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP BRIM incidents, service requests, problems and changes.
• Perform triage and root‑cause analysis for billing, charging, invoicing, subscription and receivable issues.
• Configure and support end‑to‑end BRIM processes including Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing and FI‑CA.
• Manage minor enhancements and configuration changes such as pricing, charging plans and invoicing rules.
• Monitor billing jobs, invoice runs, interface monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Lead a larger BRIM/SOM AMS team, communicate with Engagement Managers and drive client workstreams.

• FI‑CA (Contract Accounting and Receivables Management).
• Integration of revenue and order‑to‑cash processing with SAP S/4HANA.
• Configuration of pricing, charging plans, invoicing rules, business partner setup, account determination and collections processes.
• Monitoring of billing jobs, invoice runs, interface monitoring and reconciliation activities.
