Application Systems Senior Analyst

About the role

The Senior Application Systems Analyst provides tier 2/3 technical support for business applications, mentors junior staff, and ensures application reliability through root cause analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support, install, troubleshoot, maintain and manage core banking applications independently.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for IT projects.
• Test, implement, document and support assigned Fiserv Signature solutions.
• Interact with Fiserv to resolve problems and implement projects.
• Create post‑implementation documentation and architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Manage project plans, drive issue resolution and triage support incidents.
• Support ETL solutions using SQL and related tools.
• Mentor application support analysts and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering with at least 3 years relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• 3‑5 years experience with automated testing and financial institution analytics.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Fiserv Signature core banking software.
