- Containerize applications and help with cloud deployment, configuration management and environment consistency.
- Maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
- Instrument applications with logging, metrics, tracing and error reporting, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews and planning.

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including ownership of production applications.
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- Experience with cloud-based and containerized applications.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear technical documentation and leading client-facing workshops.
- Experience with WFM, CX or contact center solutions is an advantage.
Required skills
- Java and Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security and automated testing.
- React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design and state management.
- Familiarity with Node.js, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT and secure API design.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ or comparable messaging, and knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms and observability tooling.
- Nice to have: AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH/Kamailio/Twilio, CRM/HR/payroll integrations, forecasting/scheduling/adherence concepts, and AI-assisted development tools.
What we offer
- Health insurance, language courses and a relocation program.
- Certification programs, mentorship, internal mobility and internship opportunities.
- A multicultural, inclusive team with team-building events.
