Front Office Supervisor - Overnight

About the role

Loews Coral Gables Hotel, a AAA Four-Diamond property in The Plaza Coral Gables, is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead its guest services team during overnight hours. The hotel supports 242 guestrooms, four dining outlets, a spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and 30,000 square feet of event space near Miracle Mile.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office team and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to uphold Loews service standards
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate room assignments and work with housekeeping to meet guest preferences
• Design and deliver training programs for the team
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Conduct audits, keep accurate financial records and analyze performance metrics
• Prepare operational and guest experience reports for management
• Partner on initiatives to promote hotel services and improve efficiency
• Handle emergencies professionally, ensuring guest and team safety
• Attend regular shifts, mandatory training and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned

• Preferred: minimum two years of guest service experience in hotel hospitality
• Preferred: at least one year in a guest service leadership role

Required skills

• Experience with a Property Management System, preferably Opera, preferred
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis in a hotel setting preferred
• Able to stand for long periods
