Front Desk Receptionist (Fort Lupton)

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers at the High Plainz Strains dispensary in Fort Lupton. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, assist with online orders and help keep the front area organized and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and check identification according to Colorado cannabis regulations.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries and support online order processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized front lobby and assist the budtending team during busy periods.
• Communicate any issues or unusual situations to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, especially for ID verification and customer information handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment while remaining professional.
• Comfortable asking for help when needed and following established procedures.
• Customer‑service or public‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, reception, etc.) is preferred but not required.

• Base pay $15.16 per hour plus 10% of budtender tips (average $30‑$40 per shift).
