Store Manager – Fort Lupton Cannabis Dispensary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at our High Plainz Strains dispensary in Fort Lupton, CO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strict compliance with state cannabis regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate staff to create a positive team culture.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotions, and superior customer service.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, tracking, and loss prevention.
• Ensure full compliance with MED and other local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage daily financial operations, including cash handling and sales reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail management experience; cannabis dispensary experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold or be eligible for a Colorado MED badge.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
• Inventory management software proficiency.
• Cash handling expertise.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
