About the role
Join B/SPOKE as a Front Desk Associate in South Boston, providing high‑level customer service and ensuring a welcoming studio environment for all members.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in clients, handling class registrations and studio access.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including bike fittings and maintenance.
- Support studio management with daily tasks, projects, and inventory.
- Assist instructors and maintain product knowledge of events, marketing, and retail offerings.
- Promote B/SPOKE culture, participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Passionate about fitness and wellness, energetic, outgoing, and personable.
- Excellent customer service, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
