Freelance Traffic Manager – UK Market – Remote

About the role

Dolead is seeking a freelance Traffic Manager to run and optimise paid media campaigns for the UK market. You will work fully remotely from anywhere in Europe within a ±2 hour time‑zone difference from France, focusing on performance metrics such as CPL, volume, lead quality and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain).
• Own performance tracking, maintaining a clear ROI mindset and reporting on CPL, volume and lead quality.
• Collaborate with international teams (Account Management, Data, CRO, UX) to ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery.
• Apply best practices, challenge existing setups and propose advanced optimisations (structure, bidding, targeting, creatives, landing flows).
• Produce regular KPI reports explaining results, insights and next steps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing and optimising paid‑media campaigns (search, social, native).
• Experience with the UK market and/or B2B environments.
• Strong command of Google Ads; knowledge of Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
• Comfortable working in data‑driven, lead‑generation contexts.
• Autonomous, rigorous and results‑oriented.
• Native English or high proficiency.
