Freelance Online Mandarin Teacher (Remote)

About the role

Busuu is looking for a freelance Mandarin teacher to deliver high‑quality, 45‑minute online lessons to corporate learners worldwide. You will join a global community of language experts, helping students build confidence and fluency in Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and conduct 45‑minute online Mandarin lessons for corporate clients.
• Deliver 1:1 private sessions that include language instruction and personalised coaching.
• Perform needs analyses, assess learner levels and create bespoke learning paths.
• Monitor progress during lessons, set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Native‑level or C2 proficiency in Mandarin.
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, CELTA) or equivalent teaching experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage adult learners.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for online teaching.
