Fountain and Pump Technician

About the role

Dragonfly Pond Works is seeking a Fountain and Pump Technician to join its growing team in Rehoboth Beach, DE. You will work outdoors year‑round installing, maintaining, and repairing fountain and aeration systems for a variety of environmental clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fountain and aeration systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical (120V/240V) and mechanical issues on site.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and diagnostic electrical testing.
• Document work with service reports and photos.
• Coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, and field crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, storm‑water, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience with aquatic fountain or small pump repairs.
• Repair or warranty certification from AquaMaster, Otterbine, AirMax, or Kasco.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 80 lb regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
