About the role

Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform and seeks a Founding Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting for both technical and non‑technical roles across the US, Europe, and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical recruiting, from kickoff through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans.
• Run structured, high‑signal interview processes aligned with a high talent bar.
• Proactively source senior engineers and technical talent across Europe and Latin America, as well as Customer Success, GTM, and Product roles in the US.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, and market insight.
• Navigate global hiring models, ensuring compliant and scalable practices by region.
• Advise on market dynamics, compensation expectations, and talent availability.
• Deliver a thoughtful, respectful candidate experience across time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter owning full‑cycle hiring, especially for founding engineering positions at early‑stage startups.
• Successful track record hiring across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes as you go.
• Bonus: background hiring for highly selective teams or partnering closely with founders/senior leadership.
