Founding Customer Success Lead

About the role

Revic is building an AI‑native sales acceleration engine and needs a senior customer success leader to own the post‑sales relationship with enterprise customers. As the first dedicated senior CS hire, you will shape the entire customer journey from onboarding to expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer outcomes, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Design and implement the CS playbook: onboarding workflows, health scoring, QBR frameworks, escalation processes and KPI dashboards.
• Proactively monitor customer health, spot churn risk, and drive net revenue retention.
• Capture the voice of the customer and feed insights back to product and engineering.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of enterprise customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record managing high‑ARR books, multi‑stakeholder relationships and executive business reviews.
• Builder mindset: created CS processes, playbooks or teams from scratch.
• Outcome‑oriented, analytical and comfortable with usage data, health scores and ROI metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven products or strong curiosity about AI in production.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice‑versa.
