About the role

Freyssinet USA is seeking a dependable Foreman to lead field crews on infrastructure repair and strengthening projects across Southern Virginia. The role supports the Superintendent in delivering safe, high‑quality work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently, assigning work and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with the Superintendent to meet project schedules.
• Promote a strong safety culture by conducting daily safety meetings, hazard analyses, and site inspections.
• Monitor workmanship and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and company standards.
• Maintain clear communication with project leadership, other trades, and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction or field operations with crew‑leadership responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain or hold OSHA 10/30 certification.

Required skills

• Understanding of construction methods, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and specifications.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training (or willingness to obtain).
