Building Automation Programmer

About the role

We are seeking a Building Automation Programmer to design and implement advanced automation solutions for commercial HVAC and building systems across a variety of environments, including data centers, hospitals, laboratories, universities, and high‑rise buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Program complex HVAC and building automation applications using graphical/block programming on the Desigo PXC controller platform.
• Develop control strategies and sequences of operation based on project specifications and validate them through functional testing.
• Create testing documentation to support field commissioning and collaborate with engineering, design, graphics, and field teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience programming commercial HVAC or building automation systems.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, design, and construction documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 % and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Desigo PXC controller platform.
• Graphical/block programming for building automation controllers.
• HVAC control strategy development and sequencing.
