Food Service Worker – In‑Theater Dining

About the role
Join Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Brooklyn as a full‑time Food Service Worker. You will be part of a team that delivers fresh, locally sourced food and drinks directly to guests’ seats, creating a memorable movie‑going experience.
Key responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in their seats.
- Answer menu questions and recommend items.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties in the kitchen and service zones.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to ensure timely service.
Required profile
- Strong background in food service or hospitality, preferably in a restaurant, cinema, or similar venue.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort moving in dark theaters, carrying trays, and standing or walking for long periods.
- Willingness to obtain or already hold a food‑handler certification.
