Floating Leasing Professional – West Sacramento, Antelope & Elk Grove

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support its stabilized, garden‑style communities across West Sacramento, Antelope, and Elk Grove. This position will rotate among properties, handling leasing, resident satisfaction, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience; affordable‑housing experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work a floating schedule covering multiple locations.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email).
