Flex Academy Manager – Classified Management

About the role

The Flex Academy Manager – Classified Management will oversee the classified staff supporting the academy’s educational programs. This position ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with district policies, and effective communication across bilingual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate classified personnel, including custodial, transportation, and support services.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required by the district.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to support student success.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (transcript required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current letter of introduction and three recent recommendation letters (dated within the last 12 months).
• Professional resume.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
