Fitness Trainer – Group Fitness (PE@PF)

About the role

Planet Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to lead its PE@PF group‑fitness program. You will help members achieve their health goals by designing simple workout plans, teaching proper equipment use, and creating an engaging class environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct PE@PF classes in accordance with club size and traffic.
• Consult with members to set fitness goals and demonstrate safe equipment usage.
• Develop creative promotions to boost class sign‑ups and produce bi‑weekly exercise updates.
• Assist with front‑desk duties such as answering phones, checking members in, processing new memberships, and conducting tours.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.

Required profile

• Honest, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer‑service skills.
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
• Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve member concerns professionally.

Required skills

• Completed fitness trainer certification.
