About the role

As a Financial Services Tax – Real Estate and Infrastructure Transactions Manager, you will advise clients on complex local and international tax matters while supporting strategic business analysis, capital management and profit‑sharing initiatives. You will operate within PwC’s Tax practice, helping organisations navigate stringent capital requirements and operational tax risks.

Key responsibilities

• Advise financial‑services clients on local and cross‑border tax affairs, focusing on strategic business analysis and capital management.
• Manage tax compliance, structuring, and operational risk for real‑estate and infrastructure transactions.
• Lead teams in preparing and reviewing tax documentation to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Interpret complex tax regulations and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Oversee drafting and timely submission of regulatory filings.
• Coach junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor financial trends and assess their impact on tax strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, Bar membership, or other tax/finance credentials.
