Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

Riveron is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to help clients optimize earnings, cash flow, and overall financial performance. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end reporting solutions, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing interim FP&A leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project plans across performance visibility, financial planning, interim FP&A, and decision‑support domains.
• Deliver reporting solutions including KPI selection, data integration, and visualization dashboards.
• Assist clients with forecasting, budgeting, planning technology implementation, and long‑range modeling.
• Provide point‑specific analyses such as cash‑flow models, ROI calculations, pricing, revenue, profitability, and organizational design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s in business or related field (Master’s preferred); minimum 5+ years of consulting, investment banking, or corporate FP&A experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build client relationships, and willingness to travel as needed.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment and participating in firm initiatives.

Required skills

• Financial modeling: integrated driver‑based 3‑statement models and 13‑week cash‑forecast models.
• Experience with performance‑improvement platforms (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, OneStream, Oracle FCCS, SAP BPC).
• Data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx).
• Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
