Principal Product Owner – Copilot Studio

About the role

Invesco is expanding its Microsoft Copilot Studio platform to deliver AI‑driven agents across the asset‑management value chain. The Principal Product Owner will own the vision, delivery and scaling of Copilot Studio agents that create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Copilot Studio agents aligned to Invesco domains such as Investments, Research, Client Reporting, Operations, Risk & Compliance.
• Define product vision, scope, success metrics and manage the full lifecycle from ideation to production and ongoing enhancement.
• Translate asset‑management workflows into user stories, agent behaviors and functional requirements while balancing data, risk and platform constraints.
• Partner with developers, architects and security teams to define agent instructions, guardrails, tone and integration requirements.
• Apply LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation techniques to ensure accurate, grounded responses.
• Monitor adoption, usage, time‑savings and risk reduction, and iterate based on performance and feedback.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of product ownership experience, preferably in asset‑management or financial services.
• Proven ability to work with senior business leaders and translate complex workflows into product requirements.
• Experience operating in regulated or governed environments.
