Associate, Investments Platform Strategy & Execution

About the role

The Associate, Investments Platform Strategy & Execution supports the execution of strategic and operational priorities across Invesco's Investments platform, partnering with senior leaders to coordinate governance forums, communications, and project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate governance forums, leadership meetings and operating rhythm activities, including agendas, materials, action tracking and follow‑up.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, dashboards and communications for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Track initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions to ensure effective execution and accountability.
• Partner with investment teams and corporate functions to advance cross‑functional initiatives and support project planning and status reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in project management, business management, strategy, consulting or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
