Financial Partnerships Manager, International

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Financial Partnerships Manager to shape and build its international and cross‑border payment strategy. You will expand and deepen partnerships with banks, fintechs, and card networks to grow global capabilities across cards, payments, and treasury products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end deal process: vet partners, negotiate terms, secure internal buy‑in, navigate compliance, and support go‑to‑market launch.
• Help Ramp navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks for new payment rails and markets.
• Define KPIs and growth targets with product teams to measure partnership success.
• Collaborate with partners to develop new product offerings and unlock business opportunities.
• Negotiate contract amendments and renewals as partnerships evolve.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management.
• Experience in payments, treasury, or banking with a focus on international or cross‑border payments.
• Strong communication, structured thinking, organization, and product sense.
• Ability to execute quickly and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Negotiation and deal‑making expertise.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for payment services.
• Ability to define and track partnership KPIs.
