Financial Due Diligence Manager – East (Deals)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Manager for its Deals – Financial Due Diligence practice in the East region. The role focuses on providing strategic advice and business diligence services for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring high‑quality analysis of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other deal‑critical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Supervise, develop, and coach team members to produce top‑quality deliverables.
• Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations and maintain project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between technologists, business partners, and clients.
• Uphold PwC professional, technical, and independence standards.
