About the role

PwC is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to support Regulated Investment Company (RIC) clients within its Asset & Wealth Management practice. You will guide clients through complex tax regulations, ensure compliance, and help optimize their tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial data to prepare and file tax returns for regulated investment companies.
• Navigate complex tax regulations to optimize client tax positions and minimize compliance risk.
• Build and manage client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering tailored advice.
• Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning recommendations.
• Draft tax documents for regulatory submissions and filings.
• Monitor financial trends to generate insights for asset and wealth management clients.
• Uphold PwC’s professional and technical standards in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance project management and client solutions.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant tax experience.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking applied to tax compliance and planning.
• Experience with corporate tax planning strategies for asset management.
• Precision in drafting tax documents.
