About the role

As an Insurance Tax Manager you will guide clients through complex tax planning, compliance and strategy within the insurance sector. You will lead teams, manage client accounts and mentor junior staff while ensuring high‑quality delivery and adherence to professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance workstreams for insurance clients and manage expectations.
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns for the insurance sector.
• Analyze financial data to ensure tax compliance and identify savings opportunities.
• Develop and implement corporate tax planning strategies to optimise client positions.
• Draft and review tax documents for regulatory submissions.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships, addressing tax‑related inquiries.
• Leverage technology and innovation to improve tax processes and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or other tax/finance qualification.
