Financial Controller

About the role

AMSYS Innovative Solutions is looking for a high‑impact Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting across a fast‑growing, multi‑division organization. This hands‑on leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to provide accurate, audit‑ready financials and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, perform reconciliations, and produce consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and support external reporting.
• Design, implement, and enforce internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable, corporate credit‑card administration, and payroll controls.
• Conduct job costing, margin analysis, and profitability insights.
• Manage ERP accounting workflows, data integrity, and process optimization.
• Provide clear management reporting, key performance indicators, and financial insights for leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller or senior accounting leadership roles.
• Strong background in GAAP, audit processes, and internal controls.
• Experience working in an ERP‑driven accounting environment.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience in multi‑division or project‑based organizations is a plus.
