Financial Controller – Houston

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a growing organization in Houston. You will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash management, and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow projections.
• Oversee revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling processes.
• Analyze key metrics and produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Manage POS, cash, and credit‑card reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite or Oracle financial systems.
