Financial Analyst – FP&A & Pricing

About the role

The Financial Analyst will act as a key business partner for both FP&A and pricing functions, delivering financial analysis and reporting that supports growth, strategic decisions, and long‑term objectives. This on‑site role in Fort Mill, SC, works cross‑functionally to drive profitability and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts and variance reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Develop financial models to support business planning, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and investigate performance trends.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning.
• Conduct cost‑benefit, profitability and risk analyses.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong business acumen linking analysis to revenue, gross profit, EBITDA and working capital.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective communication and collaboration with all organizational levels, including leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Financial modeling and KPI monitoring.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
