About the role

Pret A Manger USA is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the VP of Finance across accounting operations, financial planning, payroll analysis, HR benefits cost tracking, and supply chain finance. This entry‑level position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven individual eager to learn how a fast‑growing business operates.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice review, coding, and tracking.
• Create and manage purchase orders and support vendor payment workflows.
• Develop and maintain a systems map documenting invoice flow and approval processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to invoice processing, purchasing controls, and workflow efficiency.
• Track spending by category against monthly budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cost trends, flag potential overspending, and assist with variance analyses.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting projects for HR/People and Supply Chain teams.
