Field Service Engineer for Medical Devices

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will ensure the reliable operation of Artidis' medical devices across healthcare sites. This role involves installing, commissioning, maintaining, and supporting devices while collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve device malfunctions, providing technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal product development teams.
• Ensure all activities adhere to ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device field service or customer support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and travel between hospitals and customer sites.
