Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands‑on Field Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales team. This full‑time, field‑based position drives daily operations, coaches reps, and builds a high‑performing culture aligned with rapid company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives through classes and workshops.
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and ensure quota achievement.
• Conduct ride‑alongs and on‑site coaching to develop frontline skills.
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and foster a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years sales experience with at least 1 year in sales management.
• Proven one‑call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
