Field Sales Consultant – Brownsville, TX

About the role

The Field Sales Consultant will develop relationships with prospective and existing homeowners, promoting a range of home‑improvement products and services. This full‑time, W‑2 position offers a structured sales process with pre‑qualified leads and a supportive training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and present primary product lines, mastering negotiation techniques.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones.
• Maintain a consistent, positive attitude to meet sales quotas and goals.
• Promote company products and services to homeowners.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible, determined, and persuasive personality.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
• Open mind with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Confident public speaking and approachable demeanor.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
