Field Retail Merchandiser – Columbia, TN

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to execute resets, remodels, fixture installations, and other merchandising projects for leading retailers across the United States. The role is project‑based, part‑time, and offers flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects accordingli​ to planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, stock merchandise, and ensure products meet client specifications.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using SRS’s mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines and represent SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or fixture installation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and assemble fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Reading and executing planograms.
• Using a mobile app for reporting and photo capture.
