About the role
Retail merchandising support in the Saugerties area. This 1099 independent contractor position offers flexible, as‑needed scheduling for a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. Ideal for someone living nearby or already doing business in the area.
Key responsibilities
- Visit the store once per week according to client requirements.
- Perform bi‑weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting, restocking, and updating signage.
- Check inventory levels on other visits and restock as needed (average 20 minutes).
- Verify thermostat settings are accurate per instructions.
- Report service via smartphone the same day, including required photos.
Required profile
- Lives within a 10‑15 mile radius of the store.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to report tasks.
- Seeking supplemental income rather than a full‑time position.
What we offer
- $15‑18 per visit, paid for a full hour even if the visit takes less time.
