Field Canvasser

About the role

The Field Canvasser works on door‑to‑door outreach in local neighborhoods, promoting Renuity’s home remodeling products and services to prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face brand‑awareness presentations focused on high‑quality home improvement products.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working weekdays 12 pm‑8 pm and optional weekends.

Required profile

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and interacting with a variety of people.

Required skills

• Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong listening and questioning techniques for customer engagement.
