Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Renuity is seeking a motivated Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing home‑improvement team. You will work directly with homeowners, delivering interactive presentations and guiding them through upgrades such as baths, closets, windows, and exterior improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations for decision‑makers and showcase Renuity’s product portfolio.
• Set and pursue individual sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts while maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Promote Renuity’s services and build lasting customer relationships.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to client homes.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
