About the role

Everlight is seeking energetic individuals to join its field sales team as Appointment Setters. You will work directly in residential neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners to schedule appointments and generate interest in home energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Approach homeowners in targeted residential areas and introduce Everlight’s products.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Represent the Everlight brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Generate excitement and interest in home energy solutions.

• Highly motivated, competitive, and driven to earn.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily.
• Resilient to rejection and able to push through setbacks.
• High energy, outdoor‑oriented, and willing to stay active.
• Desire to grow quickly in a performance‑based environment.
