About the role

Everlight‑Solar is looking for energetic field appointment setters to join its fast‑growing residential sales team. You will work directly in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners and scheduling appointments for home‑solution consultations.

Key responsibilities

Schedule appointments with homeowners in targeted residential areas.
Represent the Everlight brand with professionalism and integrity.
Generate excitement and interest in solar and home improvement solutions.

Required profile

Driven, competitive and motivated to earn high commissions.
Comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily.
Resilient to rejection and able to push through obstacles.
High energy, winning mindset and desire for rapid growth.
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active.
