F&I Producer – Finance & Insurance Sales for Auto Dealerships

About the role

The F&I Producer will focus on business‑to‑business sales, partnering with franchised automotive dealerships to deliver finance and insurance solutions. You will be responsible for generating net commissions and fees while ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Devote full working hours to company business and achieve net commissions and fees.
• Maintain all required state licensing and continuing education.
• Prospect and acquire new dealer distributors to meet or exceed the business plan.
• Collaborate with leadership to design optimal finance‑and‑insurance programs for each dealer.
• Develop and execute a game plan with each dealer to maximize F&I income, providing training and support.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and share insights with senior sales leadership.
• Work alongside P&C/EB producers to leverage relationships for additional opportunities.
• Communicate clearly in both verbal and written form, organizing thoughts and instructions effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in finance and insurance, preferably within an F&I agency.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and direct customer interactions confidently.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
