F&B Coffee Attendant

About the role

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is hiring a Food and Beverage Coffee Attendant. The role provides prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service, with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures. The hotel is part of Loews Hotels & Co, founded in 1960, which operates hotels and resorts across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, presentation, appearance and time required.
• Monitor guests at all times, anticipate their needs, respond to requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Food and beverage knowledge required.
• Minimum 1 year of Starbucks barista or comparable coffee house experience preferred.
• Proven experience in high-volume food and beverage operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
