Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary‑care practice in Alexandria Bay, NY. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, relationship‑based care to patients of all ages in a supportive, rural community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary‑care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop long‑term relationships with patients and their families.
• Promote preventive care, wellness initiatives, and health education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for a New York State medical license.
• DEA registration (required or eligible).
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians.

• Base salary ranging from $250,000 to $325,000 (experience & productivity based).
