Family Medicine Physician – Full‑time – $150k Bonus

About the role

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine physician to join its full‑time practice in Davenport, IA. The position offers a supportive environment within a large, multidisciplinary health plaza.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including adult and pediatric services.
• Participate in shared on‑call rotation (phone‑only, 1:20 schedule).
• Collaborate with a team of 10 physicians and 4 APPs across primary care, pediatrics, lab, imaging, and urgent care.
• Utilize on‑site resources to deliver timely, high‑quality patient care.

Required profile

• MD or DO, Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• Current, unrestricted authority to prescribe medications.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H‑1B cap‑exempt or J‑1 waiver accepted).
