Family Medicine Physician – Full‑time with $150k Bonus in Davenport, IA

About the role

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its busy Davenport Health Plaza. This full‑time, employed position offers a supportive environment with a dedicated team of physicians and APPs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and pediatric services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with on‑site lab, imaging, and urgent‑care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in shared call rotation (phone‑only, 1:20 schedule).
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal prescribing regulations.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.

Required profile

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• Current, unrestricted authority to prescribe medications.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H‑1B cap‑exempt or J‑1 waiver accepted).
