Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time) – Palestine, TX

About the role

We are seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) physician to join our mission‑driven, faith‑based practice in Palestine, Texas. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with half a day dedicated to administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of six Family Medicine physicians and seven APCs in a physician‑led, dyad leadership model.
• Utilize AI‑integrated services to streamline documentation and enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate records using Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health activities.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to a faith‑based, patient‑centered care environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Palestine, TX.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Experience using AI‑integrated documentation tools.
