Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, a large multispecialty group, as a board‑certified/eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. You will work in a physician‑led, faith‑based environment that emphasizes quality care, community well‑being, and work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 Family Medicine physicians, 5 pediatricians, and 3 APCs.
• Utilize AI‑integrated tools and Epic EMR to streamline documentation and enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in dyad leadership with an administrative partner for service‑line decisions.
• Maintain a full‑service clinic environment, including lab, imaging, urgent care, and physical therapy resources.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to the mission‑driven, faith‑based culture of CHRISTUS.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM in an onsite clinic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system.
