Family Medicine Physician – Full-Time in Tyler, TX

About the role

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) physician to join a physician‑led, faith‑based team in Tyler, Texas. The position offers a Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM) with a modern, AI‑enhanced clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary‑care services to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Utilize AI‑integrated tools to streamline documentation and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of five physicians and two nurse practitioners.
• Maintain accurate records in Epic EMR for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in community‑focused health initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to a mission‑driven, faith‑based healthcare environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
