Family Medicine NP/PA – Full‑time Outpatient Role

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient family medicine clinic in Tyler, Texas. The role is full‑time, physician‑led and focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up for family medicine and internal medicine conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team within a large multispecialty network.
• Utilize the AI‑powered documentation solution Abridge to streamline clinical notes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate medical records.

Required profile

• Current Texas license as an NP or PA, or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in family medicine or internal medicine preferred.
• Commitment to full‑time, onsite work in an outpatient setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled clinical documentation tools (e.g., Abridge).
