Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep its production environment in optimal condition. You will work on a variety of systems to ensure the facility supports continuous manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems to meet production needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry components.
• Install and service piping systems (air, water, steam) and industrial electrical circuits.
• Read machine prints and execute machine repairs as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and work under pressure to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of industrial building maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in a production environment with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Experience with utility installations such as electrical, steam, air, and process piping is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform machine repairs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
