Facility Maintenance Manager

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and engineering projects at its production and manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Facility Director, you will ensure that all equipment, materials, and information are available to meet production goals and support continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the facility maintenance team.
• Manage all engineering projects occurring at the facility.
• Support project assignments, punch lists, and travel for equipment acceptance, installations, and commissioning.
• Implement and manage a plant‑wide preventative maintenance system, work‑order and priority system, and spare‑parts inventory planning.
• Assist the Director of Operations in reviewing contracts and proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facility maintenance and engineering projects.
• Ability to supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Accountability for project completion and ensuring department managers have necessary resources.
